In a special mentioning by Hasan Ali’s lawyer the Supreme Court ordered that after the four days remand of Hasan Ali Khan is over he will remain in Magistrate’s custody.

Senior counsel UU Lalit appearing for Hasan Ali accused for money laundering, said before the apex court bench that after the court’s order on Thursday directing four days remand of Hasan Ali for ED, confusion prevails as to what will happen after four days.

Taking no time the bench ordered judicial custody for Hasan Ali Khan after four days of ED custody.

Hasan Ali Khan a Pune stud farm owner has allegedly stashed huge sums of money abroad in tax heaven jurisdictions. The Income tax Department had also raised Rs. 50,000 tax demand from him. All the money is allegedly black money and its sources are also under scanner of various agencies.
