The authorities in six European countries have arrested 60 people suspected of being members of a Georgian crime gang involved in drug smuggling and money laundering, Spanish court officials said Monday. The operation was triggered by an investigation into the Russian mafia in Spain, where the police arrested 21 suspects. The other arrests were in Austria, France, Germany, Italy and Switzerland, the officials said.
