Four of the people indicted on charges of running an illegal gambling operation were arrested, booked and released from the Victoria County jail on Thursday.
Christopher Shawn Fellows, 41, of Dacula, Ga.; Paul Horace Carter Jr., 75, of Fayetteville, Ga.; and Jane Ellen Lewis, 49, and Steve Marston, 57, both of Maryville, Ohio turned themselves in on warrants charging them with felony engaging in organized criminal activity and felony money laundering, according to arrest reports.
The indictment stated the four arrested committed the offenses of gambling promotion, keeping a gambling place, possession of a gambling device and possession of gambling paraphernalia from April 28, 2008 to Feb. 19, 2009.
Also charged were attorney William Sue, whose information was unavailable, and Victoria attorney Frank Henderson, who served as the attorney for the Victoria Internet Cafe.
