THE second national anti-money laundering conference will be held on Saturday, a posting on the Fiji Police Force website stated.
Director Police National Intelligence Bureau Senior Superintendent of Police Henry Brown will be guest speaker when the conference starts in Suva.
The theme for the conference is investigating money laundering.
It is expected to be attended by officials from various key partner agencies of the Fiji Intelligence Unit.
Director of the Reserve Bank of Fiji Financial Intelligence Unit Razim Buksh said the conference would also strengthen inter-agency networking and co-operation that were aimed at improving the prevention, detection, investigation, and prosecution of serious financial crimes in Fiji.
More than 100 delegates are expected to attend the one-day conference.
