The Casey Anthony fraud trial is set for January 25th, but one of her attorneys wants the trial delayed and videos of jail visits sealed.  For those that don't remember, Casey Anthony is accused of killing her daughter Caylee Anthony.  The murder trial is set to begin in June 2010.

Most people know that Casey Anthony is accused of killing 2 year old Caylee Anthony. What many people don't realize, however, is that Casey Anthony is not only an accused murderer - she's also an accused financial fraudster.

Casey Anthony is accused of fraudulent use of personal identification information and of check forgery among more than a dozen other fraud charges. The financial fraud stems from accusations that Casey Anthony stole and forged checks that belonged to her former friend Amy Huizenga.  Her mother also accuses her of stealing money and running up a credit card bill.

Experts doubt that Casey Anthony's attorney will be granted the motion to seal videos of jail visits. Her attorney says that the videos are only desired by prosecution to make his client look bad. Experts say that she won't be granted special treatment just because it's a high profile case.
