AMMONNEWS - Anti Narcotics Department personnel seized 15 kilograms of heroin that was about to be smuggled into a neighboring country, the Public Security Department (PSD) said in a statement.

The PSD had received information that the smugglers were hiding the drug in a truck heading to the neighboring country.

Acting on a tip off, they detained four suspects involved in the smuggling attempt and they were referred to the prosecutor general.
