Wheeling Woman Accused of Stealing Millions Will Be Back In Court

Metz is the former CEO of the Center Valley Credit Union. She is charged with embezzlement and money laundering.
Count one of the indictment alleges that Metz embezzled, mis-appropriated, and lied about $9-million dollars.
Count two of the indictment alleges that Metz caused a forged check to be drawn from the credit union account and made it payable to the construction company which was building the Roadworthy Restaurant and Cabins.
If convicted, Metz faces a maximum of 40 years in a federal prison.
She will go in front of Judge Frederick Stamp Monday at 9am.
