No trial date set for former fire chief accused of taking money from WHAS Crusade for Children

(WHAS11) - Paul Barth is the former McMahan fire chief who's accused of taking money meant for the WHAS Crusade for Children.
On Thursday, Paul Barth was back in court on 16 federal charges including mail fraud, wire fraud and money laundering.
Barth will have a new hearing on February 11.
No trial date has been sent.
The defense team expects the trial to take about a month.
