LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) – Many of Benny Judah's businesses are still up for sale with proceeds going toward offsetting losses suffered by roughly 250 investors, mostly from Lubbock.
Harrigan's Grill & Bar with locations in Lubbock & Odessa was put up for sale in December. It's still available for nearly $1 million. Zookini's with locations in Lubbock, San Angelo & Abilene is still available. The asking price for it is $740,000. Las Brisas Southwest Steakhouse in Lubbock is still available for more than $2.5 million.
All three of these businesses were put up for sale in December of 2009, and are still available according to a website set up the court-appointed Receivership Trustee.
This month, The Falls Tennis & Athletic Club went up for sale with a listed purchase price of more than $4 million.

Judah is currently serving a 25-year prison sentence for money laundering and the sale of unregistered securities.
