The husband of a woman who plead guilty to stealing more than a million dollars from three different charities was back in court Thursday morning.

Marco Aponte is charged with money laundering but denies any wrong-doing

His wife, Louanne Aponte, pleaded guilty as part of a plea bargain last month. It is not known how it will affect his case.

Marco Aponte's attorney says if prosecutors do not drop charges against him, they will be happy to proceed with a trial to prove Aponte is innocent.
